Created by fitness professional Courtney Durando after her personal experience with explant recovery.

The Explant Exercise & Recovery Program is a thoughtfully designed 7-week program created to support women through the physical recovery after explant surgery.

With guided workouts and progressive strength training, you'll rebuild stability, improve posture, and confidently return to movement at your own pace.

This program is designed for women who:

• Have recently had breast implant removal (explant) surgery
• Feel unsure about how to safely return to exercise after surgery
• Want guidance on rebuilding upper body strength and posture
• Are looking for a structured, supportive plan rather than guessing what exercises are safe
• Want to regain confidence in their body and movement

This program is appropriate for women who are at least 6 week post explant surgery, who have been cleared for gentle movement by their surgeon and are ready to begin rebuilding strength in a gradual, thoughtful way.
